Following the success of the cooperation signing ceremony between the Center for Social Work of Youth in Ho Chi Minh City, Ho Chi Minh City and the American International Institute of Social Psychology (AIPI) within the framework of the project “Support and take care of mental health for youth union members and children in Ho Chi Minh City. Ho Chi Minh City”. We have coordinated to survey, assess needs and plan to support a group of disadvantaged children living in a boarding house in Thao Dien ward, District 2.

SUPPORT AND CARE OF MENTAL HEALTH FOR CHILDREN IN DISTRICT 2

AIPI has successfully organized 7 activities with group dynamic methods and diverse topics to strengthen coping skills, provide self-protection knowledge and take care of mental and social health. for you. From there, it helps them to improve their self-confidence, attachment, develop internal resources and build positive social relationships.

Children are very active and hardworking

During the group dynamic process, the children all participated in learning enthusiastically, happily and enthusiastically shared their opinions and views. At the end of the process, AIPI received a lot of positive feedback from children as well as from young families.
The success of this series of activities marks a favorable start for psychosocial support activities for more children in HCMC.
